Are these show koi?
No. Every pack is pond-grade fish for a garden pond. They are not show-grade, and they are not sold for koi shows. Color and pattern vary from fish to fish.
When do you ship?
Shipping spring 2027. Join the waitlist. Nothing is charged now. Wholesale costs are not confirmed yet.
Is shipping included?
Free overnight shipping included. Missouri sales tax is calculated at checkout. The waitlist does not take payment, so tax is not collected today.
Where do you ship?
Continental US only. Live fish ship overnight, Monday to Wednesday, so they are not stuck over a weekend. No Hawaii, Alaska, or PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
Do koi ship to Maine?
No. Koi packs do not ship to Maine. Goldfish-only packs can. The Starter Pond pack is goldfish.
Which pack fits my pond?
Guideline only, not a stocking promise. Count about 50 gallons of pond for each goldfish and about 200 gallons for each koi, so the fish have room to grow. Filtration, shade, and plants matter as much as gallons. A new pond should start with fewer fish than this. The homepage has the gallon counts and a calculator.
What is the guarantee?
Draft 14-day live-arrival and health guarantee. If a fish arrives dead, email a photo within 24 hours of arrival. For any other health concern, contact us within 14 days.
Can I pick fish up in St. Louis?
Planned St. Louis pickup days in spring: coming soon. Until then the store is online only.
Do the pictures show my exact fish?
No. Illustrations show the kind of pond and the kind of fish. Actual fish vary. They are not a photo of the bag you will receive.
